        Magnesium is confusion because there are so many different types and options and qualities out there. I already know quality is top notch with Hercin and I like that there are three different types of magnesium in here. Sure it comes at a little more premium of a price but you pay for what you get. Get one type of MG and it's cheaper, pay for 3 types expect more. I take this before bed every night and it just helps me feel more calm and relaxed.
